Annual General Meeting

The UNEOAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) occurs during Trimester 1 each year. During the AGM we review the previous year and elect a new Committee for the current year.

The AGM agenda is distributed in advance of the meeting and members may nominate agenda items and committee members for the AGM by emailing the Secretary prior to the meeting.

All members may attend the AGM and and vote on any AGM motion.

Following the AGM, generally the first Committee meeting for the year will also be convened. Only executive committee members may vote at Committee Meetings, but any member may nominate an agenda item for the Committee Meeting.

Committee positions will always include:
President
Vice President
Treasurer
Secretary

Other Executive Committee positions may be agreed by firstly the AGM, and subsequently by the newly elected Executive Committee.
